Everybody has got stages in life that when it passes one cannot go back to. One of these precious stages is childhood. As people progress into adulthood, they throwback to how lovely their childhood has been and the desire to reverse back into that stage. This is so because memories are vital in every child’s life. It’s memories that adults recall and wish to be children again.
The memories we create with children do not only excite them but also connects them to us as they go through the stages of life.
We all know how Christmas excites children; as adults as we are, we feel their excitement when we present the gifts and get the new items.
Every child loves that and throughout the year they live in expectation of another Christmas to be gifted again. These memories are precious and we want our street children to express such joy as any child would.
That is the core aim of ‘Let’s Feed The Street’ by Starlight Foundation. As we present food and drinks together with other items and allow them to be in front of the camera, it does not only love we are sharing but we are also creating memories.
It’s by this that we ask for your support in creating a gallery of memories for street children and make them live with the expectation of such events every year. Let’s not also forget that ‘adults are just outdated children’ (Dr. Seuss) and the memories we wish we could have had as children can be created for these street children.
