December is nearly upon us and we at Starlight Foundation come knocking on your doors again.
The street needs us! Yes, the street needs us! In our flagship annual project ‘Let’s Feed the Street Together,’ we embark on a mission to feed over one thousand street-deserted children who are underprivileged and by no fault of theirs are lingering on the streets.
The onus rests on us to light a face up in this year’s festive season by putting a smile on the face of a street-connected child. Let us give to the poor and underprivileged in our society what this same society has given to us. Just as a candle does not go off by lighting another candle, we do not also lose by reaching out to the needy.
